The upper band, and what the drawings do not show
The plans above are the level 9 to 32 drawings. Levels 33 to 39 carry the same five shapes about 40 sq ft larger apiece — A1 at 2,195 sq ft, B1 at 1,722, C1 at 1,463, D1 at 1,410 and E1 at 1,399 — and are priced separately. Rather than show a lower-band drawing under an upper-band label, that set is described here and left undrawn.
Every residence comes with three car park bays, on levels one to seven. What the drawings do not give you is price per square foot or floor-to-floor height — neither is published. Message me for the developer’s current price list and the full-resolution plan pack, including the upper band.
