Where these figures come from
The figures on this page come from the developer’s own layout document and from the project fact sheet dated 10 October 2025. Where a figure appears in neither — car park allocation per unit, price per square foot, floor-to-floor height — none is given rather than one being estimated from listing sites. Documents are superseded; ask and current figures will be requested from the developer in writing.
Price
The prices shown are the developer’s own “indicative SPA price” figures for levels 9 to 32, quoted per layout, and are not a price list. The upper band on levels 33 to 39 is priced separately and those figures are not published here. Pricing is set by the developer, moves with level, layout, orientation and unit, and changes over time. Request the current written price list before drawing any conclusion about cost.
Availability
Nothing on this page states or implies which units remain available. Availability is held by the developer, changes daily, and is not something this site tracks or claims to know.
Specifications and facilities
Unit sizes, bedroom and bathroom counts and orientation are taken from the developer’s layout document, which states that all measurements are approximate and that its contents cannot form part of an offer or contract. The facilities list and the fit-out specification come from the project fact sheet. Confirm the specification for a specific unit against current developer documentation before committing.
